Refund Policy

How delivery works

As soon as your payment succeeds, the report is generated automatically and a private link is emailed to you. Because it is digital content built for your specific location, delivery is effectively immediate.

When we refund

If the public-data sources we rely on fail and we cannot produce a usable report, we refund the payment in full. We acknowledge a delivery escalation within one business day and have two business days to deliver a usable report or establish that it is undeliverable.

Once we establish that a paid report is undeliverable, including when you were charged but no report was generated, we initiate the full refund to the original payment method within two business days. Stripe and your bank may need additional time to post it.

When we do not refund

Because the report is digital and delivered as soon as it is generated, we do not refund after a report has been successfully delivered. At checkout you ask us to start immediately and consent to losing the 14-day withdrawal right once the report is generated, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This does not affect refunds owed for a report we failed to deliver, or any mandatory rights you have under the applicable law.

What the report is

LandCheck is a preflight risk screen. It is not legal, surveying, engineering, tax or investment advice, and a low or high risk reading is not a reason to skip professional checks. A report that correctly reports the available data, including gaps in it, is a delivered report.

How to ask

Email us at support@kandyb-studio.eu with “Delivery escalation” and your report ID in the subject. We acknowledge it within one business day, then either deliver a usable report or confirm it is undeliverable within two business days. A confirmed undeliverable report enters the full-refund process described above.
