Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a LandCheck property preflight report for a plot of land or a house in Greece. Last updated: 2026-08-03.

Who operates LandCheck

LandCheck is a service and brand managed by the seller below. They are your contractual partner for the report and the point of contact for anything to do with your purchase.

What LandCheck does and does not do

It combines public data and official map layers with interpretation prepared by our team using our own software, which includes AI tools, so you can find the questions worth verifying before you commit to a property.

It is not legal advice, surveying advice, engineering advice, tax advice, investment advice, a valuation, a title check or a professional due-diligence opinion. It does not confirm ownership, title, encumbrances, legal buildability or permits. You must verify those with qualified local professionals before you commit.

Price, payment and delivery

The price is a one-time payment shown in euro at checkout, with no subscription. A second language version of the same report is offered as an optional paid add-on. Payment is handled by Stripe; LandCheck never receives or stores your full card details.

After a successful payment we start generating your digital report right away and email a private report link to the address you gave at checkout. The report stays on a private, link-protected page; the PDF is not sent as an email attachment. Save or download your PDF while it is available: the report and its link are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.

Your right of withdrawal and refunds

The report is digital content that we prepare and deliver specifically for the location you submit. At checkout you expressly ask us to start straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the report has been generated, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Before the report is generated, and in the cases described in our Refund Policy, you can still get your money back. The full rules are in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use LandCheck only for property checks you are entitled to request. Do not submit unlawful content, attack or overload the service, scrape it at scale, try to bypass payment, or present a report as something LandCheck has legally verified when it has not.

Your report: licence and source rights

You receive a licence to use the report you bought for your own assessment and to share it with your lawyer, surveyor, architect, estate agent, lender or the seller of the property for that transaction. You do not acquire LandCheck's software, templates, scoring logic, source adapters, database structure, branding or any third-party data rights.

Availability and limits of liability

Public datasets can be missing, delayed, incomplete or wrong, and third-party services can be temporarily unavailable. We work to deliver a useful, honest report, but we cannot guarantee that every data layer is complete for every parcel.

To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for purchase decisions, deposits, lost opportunities, professional fees, construction costs, tax outcomes, title defects or similar losses that a buyer should check with local professionals before committing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something is wrong, email us first and we will try to put it right. Write to the contact address above and include your report ID.

If we cannot reach an agreement, a consumer living in the EU can get free cross-border help from the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in their own country, and can raise the matter with the consumer-protection authority where they live. In Greece that is the Consumer Ombudsman (Synigoros tou Katanaloti). Because the seller is a Polish trader, the seller's home authority is Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. As a consumer you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you habitually live; nothing here takes away rights you cannot waive under the applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time you pay, shown by the policy version and date at the top of this page.
